Free Shipping
AutoFull offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
- Shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. only
- We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses
- PO Boxes are not supported
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed on weekdays are generally processed on the same day
- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day
Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location
- Most orders are delivered within 3 - 4 business days under normal conditions
Please note: delivery times may be extended for remote or less accessible locations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update
- You can monitor your shipment status at any time using the tracking link provided
We recommend tracking your order and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
Delivery Information
- All packages are shipped without a signature requirement by default
- AutoFull is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- If you require signature confirmation or special delivery instructions, please contact the carrier directly after your order has shipped
Shipping Damage
All AutoFull products are shipped in secure, factory-sealed packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us at service@autofull.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and a description of the issue
- Our team will promptly assist in resolving the matter
