AutoFull Return Policy

At AutoFull, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free return experience.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@autofull.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please ensure that tracking information is shared within 7 days of receiving return instructions.


Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
  • Processing Time: Approved cancellations will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags
  • Products must be free from damage, stains, or excessive wear beyond normal inspection

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to additional fees.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, AutoFull will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@autofull.com with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

AutoFull does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

We recommend contacting our support team in advance to avoid unnecessary returns.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Returns are inspected within 3 business days after being received
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.


Additional Notes

  • Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • AutoFull is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Warranty Returns

For warranty-related claims:

  • Customers are generally responsible for shipping costs (both return and replacement)
  • If the issue qualifies under warranty, AutoFull may cover shipping costs upon review
  • Our team will provide detailed instructions once the claim is approved
