At AutoFull, every purchase is backed by our warranty program, including a lifetime warranty on the chair frame and up to 3 years of coverage on all other components. If your product is damaged, malfunctions, or experiences any covered issue, our team is here to support you.

Lifetime Warranty on Chair Frame

AutoFull provides a lifetime warranty on the chair’s structural frame.

  • The core frame of the chair is covered for life against manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal use
  • If any issue arises with the frame, we will provide repair or replacement support

As the foundation of the entire chair, the frame is critical to both safety and durability. This lifetime coverage reflects our confidence in engineering quality and our commitment to standing behind our products for the long term.

Standard Warranty Coverage

All other components are covered by a limited warranty of up to 3 years from the date you receive your product (based on delivery records).

During this period, we guarantee that:

  • Your product will match its original description
  • The product will be of satisfactory quality under normal use
  • The product will perform as intended for its designed purpose

What’s Covered

Under normal use, the warranty includes:

  • Missing parts at the time of delivery
  • Defective or damaged components upon arrival or during the warranty period
  • Products that do not match the original description
  • Major components, including: seat base, cushions, backrest, armrests, base, gas lift, casters, and included accessories (e.g., headrest or lumbar pillows)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, material aging, surface wear over time)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or attachments
  • Damage caused by accidents or external factors
  • Issues resulting from use not in accordance with product instructions

Warranty Service

If a defect arises during the warranty period, AutoFull will:

  • Repair or replace defective components by providing replacement parts for self-service installation

If the issue cannot be resolved through repair or replacement:

  • We may offer a partial or full refund, based on usage and product condition
  • In some cases, customers may choose to retain the product with a partial refund reflecting reduced value
